Refunds-

We are happy to provide a refund for a change of mind, the product will need to be returned to 5H Western within 14 days of receiving at the cost of the buyer. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged and unused  in any way.

Once 5H Western receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Returns-

If the product is damaged or faulty in any way, please contact 5H Western  to discuss return options, once returned, inspected and deemed faulty by our team we will replace or refund.
